Terms of Use

Licensing

Purchasing a template gives you a license to use the product one time on a single site. If you wish to use a template one more than one site or location, an additional site license must be purchased. We also offer a Developers License for unlimited use. A license does not allow redistribution of the product in any form. If you are purchasing a template for a client project, be certain that you are selling your service to your client and not the product itself. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your license to anyone.

Warranty

My Arts Desire gives no warranty or guarantee for our template packages other than stated in our License Agreement. Browser compatibility should be tested by viewing the "see in action" version of the templates. We no longer support IE6 or older browsers. Please ensure that your browser works with the template. We cannot predict the future, so cannot guarantee how long a template work in a new software upgrade or browser release.

Ownership

All templates remain the property of MyArtsDesire.com. In short, you own your content and imagery; we own the design.

Templates are frequently sold multiple times, do not grant design copyright exclusivity to an individual who purchases one of our products. If you would like to purchase exclusive rights to a template, please contact us for details.

Software Requirements

Each template package requires that you have the appropriate software in order to open and edit the template files. For Dreamweaver templates, you are required to have the Adobe Dreamweaver program (Version CS3 or higher.)

Unauthorized Use

You may not use our products, whether modified or unaltered, on a disk, website, or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. If you would like to promote our products, please contact us for details.

Modifications

You are allowed to make any changes and modifications to any template package to suit your needs. You may not remove the copyright information in the source code. Visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the template footer, can be removed.

Demo Content

Re-use of any demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The sample content is for demonstration purposes only. You should replace our sample content with your own BEFORE you upload the site to your web host.

Support

We provide technical support for our products as quickly as possible during normal business hours.

Note that it may not be possible to offer free support on products that have been heavily modified.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
