Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates sold through our web site in accordance with our End User License Agreement.

You may only use each template on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to repurchase same template in order to make another project with the same design.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale.

When purchasing or downloading a template, you agree to the terms further explained in our End User License Agreement.

My Arts Desire makes every effort to respect the privacy of our online visitors.  When you order a template package, your name, address, and email address is forwarded to us (along with the name of the theme and the date of the order). This information is kept on a personal computer. No information has or ever will be sold, traded, or otherwise viewed by any third parties. We occasionally send emails to those who have signed up for our newsletter or purchased from our site.

At this time, we do not have the technology to screen information or data taken from individuals who are minors. Parents are urged to regularly monitor and supervise their children's online activities.

Through our shopping cart, your credit card number is encrypted and recorded on a separate secure server. As a fraud prevention measure, we also record the IP address of the person making the transaction. No credit card data is ever stored on our servers or computers.

If, at any time, you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send us an email with the subject line "No More Mail". We will promptly remove your name from our data base. Our list is not shared with any third parties.

Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased. If you have any problems with your template, please notify us as soon as possible.

We gladly offer refunds on any items that prove to be incompatible with your particular computer configuration. If you have installation problems with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the template, or refund your purchase price.

Each template has a full preview available. You see each page before you buy. If you have any questions about the application or suitability of any package, contact us for more details BEFORE your purchase.

We take pride in offering complete customer support for our templates. We make each and every template ourselves (we don't resell templates designed by 3rd parties) and we know best how to fix the occasional problems that may arise. Our goal is to assist you every step of the way to ensure that your web site is up and running perfectly.

• We will support all template issues for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• We are limited, however, in the free support we can offer for templates which have been heavily modified by altering the page layout design or the CSS file.

Templates give you a great value for the price. They are flexible, easy to use, and give your web site a professional look. When you could pay $2000 or more to a designer, we feel our pricing is a definite value. Because we get a lot of requests for donations and discounts, we have listed our policies below:

• We offer volume discounts only. If you purchase over $250 worth of templates at one time, your discount is automatically deducted at the time of purchase. The more you buy, the higher your discount.
• We typically offer several sales each year. We display a sale notice on the home page when this is in effect. During a sale, discounts are automatically taken at the time of purchase. Be sure to check our site frequently.
• We value the importance of charitable donations, but limit our donations to organizations in our own local area where we know those involved. If you are a non-profit group in the Katy-Houston area, please contact us for details.

Your download is expressly limited to one download per template purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to save the download file(s) to a safe location on one computer hard drive and to then make one copy on removable media such as a CD or diskette for backup purposes only. Round The Bend Wizards/My Arts Desire is not responsible for providing replacement copies of any template package. If you encounter any problems when downloading your file, please contact us as soon as possible and we will email you the file package.

APPROVED USE: You may use all graphics in a single application (i.e., on one web site), free from copyright infringement, whether such application is for free or for fee. Use of this theme on more than one computer is prohibited without prior written consent except when necessary for the development of a single web site.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You may not alter the appearance of the template or any graphics except to add your own personal or business information on banners, buttons or backgrounds and to add your own content and graphics as necessary to the main content areas of the template. Any modifications are at the sole risk of the user and Round The Bend Wizards/My Arts Desire does not guarantee the performance of any package which has been altered or modified other than stated above. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the template. Free technical support will be limited to problems specifically associated with the each template such as the alignment of graphics. We do not have the resources to offer free FrontPage technical support.

We support all templates for twelve months from the date of purchase. We also support templates that have been removed from our catalog for six months from the date or removal.

IMAGES: All images, graphics, and photos, are purchased and licensed from third-party stock photo agencies. You may not use the images, photos, and graphics anywhere other than in the templates you purchase. If you need higher resolution images for print work such as business cards or letterhead, you will need to license the image directly from the original vendor. Contact us for details. If the main graphical image is accompanied by a copyright symbol, this symbol may not be removed from the image.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE: Your template package may contain elements that rely on additional third-party software that must be purchased separately in order for said element to be modified or perform satisfactorily on your computer. Swish/Flash animations may require purchasing the program in order to make changes to such elements.  Notices are clearly stated within each template preview. Elements which rely on such additional software may be removed and not affect the overall performance of the template package.

BROWSER ISSUES: We have tested our products in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, FireFox and Opera but make no warranties that their performance will be identical in all browsers. Some knowledge about what will and will not work in the various browsers is highly recommended.

RESTRICTIONS:  Our templates, style sheets, and images may not be resold, distributed, or added to any type of collection. They may not be offered for download or use from any website nor placed online for promotional purposes. Each template must be used as supplied for its original intended purpose. This simply means you may not select images or code from the templates or style sheets to add to another application. Purchasing a template does not constitute ownership and does not give you the right to the graphics outside of the intended purpose. Graphic copyright remains with the original designer. The term "graphic" applies to all template images such as bullets, buttons, icons, images, etc. You may not use this template in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal.

Note: If you are planning to use our templates to design a website for any commercial entity, it is recommend that you state clearly in advance (either on your website or through your web design contract) that you will be using a pre-made template for a website project in order to avoid possible legal disputes. Webmasters who place a credit link on sites they develop should use the wording "website developed by" and not use the term "website designed by" in order to avoid any copyright infringement issues.

All template packages are offered in good faith. The purchaser agrees not to hold Round The Bend Wizards/My Arts Desire, any third party vendor, or other selling agent liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages that might be incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use of any template package, or through any user's inability or lack of necessary knowledge to use any template designed by Round The Bend Wizards/My Arts Desire.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate the completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or content contained within each template preview.

If you do not abide by the terms of this agreement as described above, Round The Bend Wizards/My Arts Desire reserves the right to pursue any necessary legal action.

It has always been our policy to replace your template package for free within 30 days from the date of purchase.

While most people would rather crash their cars rather than their hard drive, it is each individual's responsibility to backup important data. Please place your original zipped download file onto a floppy disk, CD, or other removable media. Label this disk with the name of the theme, date of purchase, order number, and any other important information. Keep this data in a safe place.

If you need a replacement copy of your template, please contact us with your request. Include your name, the date of your original order, your invoice number, and the name of the template. Note that you must supply enough information so we can verify your order. Your replacement template will be emailed to you as soon as possible during our normal business hours. Please note that we cannot replace templates that are no longer in our catalog.

We are not responsible for the policies of other companies who may also offer our products for sale or who may have sold our products in the past.
